MEM－培养液 成分表
MEM (Mimimum Essential Medium) was developed when Basal Media Eagle was not sufficient to support Hela cells. It was discovered that with certain media supplements, BME could be made to grow a wider variety of cells. MEM incorporates these modifications, such as higher concentrations of amino acids into its formulation.
含Earle's混合盐，1000mg/L D-葡萄糖，292mg/L谷氨酰胺， 2200mg/L碳酸氢钠，非必需氨基酸。 pH值7.0-7.4。
