The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Trp329) of Human ACTR8 fused with a His tag at the N-terminus. Reconstitution Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.Storage Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.
Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.

ACTR8 is the first example in actin family that was found to be associated with mitotic chromosomes. ACTR8 plays a vital role in the functional organization of mitotic chromosomes. This protein is a proposed core component of the chromatin remodeling INO80 complex that is involved in transcriptional regulation, DNA replication and probable DNA repair, and it is required for the recruitment of INO80 (and probably the INO80 complex) to sites of DNA damage.
