Catalog# CD63 Source Human Cells Description Recombinant Human Protocadherin-10/PCDH10 is produced with our mammalian expression system in human cells. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln19-Thr715) of Human PCDH10 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.Storage Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.

As a potential calcium-dependent cell-adhesion neuronal receptor, it may plays a role in the establishment and function of specific cell-cell connections in the brain. PCDH10 moderately expressed in all regions of the brain examined, as well as in testis and ovary, and low expression in all other tested tissues.
